*Meet the team

- The CVS team is responsible for Club Vegas Slots, generating 100% of our revenue internationally. We've achieved global best-in-class KPIs and have grown over 60% year-over-year since launch. We're looking for top-notch talent to join us through the many trials and failures, high-level technical challenges, and business challenges of a global market. We want to grow with the best colleagues in server, client, TA, art, game designing, analytics, strategy, global biz, CRM, global CS, QA, and more, solving intrinsic problems with a long-term perspective.


*The CVS team is looking for someone with the following talents

- As a Global CS Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, and you need to know how to understand and help them. We're looking for people who are customer-centric and want to grow with a global company that's getting bigger every day.


*The role

- Act as a point of communication between customers and the company, responding to customer requests and helping them as needed with the wide range of game information given to you

- Understand simple technical issues and propose defined solutions, documenting and escalating issues to appropriate personnel as needed

- Manage customer complaints and prepare regular CS and customer insight analysis reports

- Ensure that customers and the company maintain a good relationship


*Skills we seek

- Native-level English language skills *** work visa may be provided for foreign nationals

- A commitment to providing the best possible service to our customers at all times

- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Suite

- Tenacity to follow through on customer issues, drive to learn new things, and use creativity to solve problems.

- Team player, but confident enough to speak up when necessary.


*Preferred skills

- Experience working for a mobile social casino gaming company (English speaking roles)

- Experience working in CS or technical support for global customers

- Experience in overseas service roles (2+ years or equivalent experience)

- Experience in domestic and overseas caregiver positions (1 year or more or equivalent experience)

- Understanding how land-based/online casinos, social casinos and slot games work

- Korean level TOPIK 4+ for foreign nationals
